Now in stores Mejuri: The direct-to-consumer jewelry brand rolled out its third New York City storefront in Manhattan’s Flatiron neighborhood this past weekend. Marketed as “everyday fine jewelry for every day,” Mejuri opened its second NYC brick-and-mortar store in Williamsburg this past March. Cash App: Pop-up alert: Cash App’s “Cash by Cash App” DTC apparel arm just opened its first-ever pop-up shop in NYC’s SoHo neighborhood. Last Monday, kitchenware conglomerate Meyer Corp., whose 16 brands include Rachael Ray, announced that it had acquired the startup for an undisclosed sum. Torrid: The plus-sized DTC intimates company reported its first-quarter earnings on Wednesday, and the results weren’t exactly stellar: Net sales decreased by 11.8% to $293.9 million, with CEO Lisa Harper citing “challenging traffic trends.” People on the move DTC furniture company Lovesac’s Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer Donna Dellomo is retiring from those positions and will take on a senior strategic advisory role. Keith Siegner, who previously served as CFO of esports company Vindex, has been appointed as Lovesac’s new executive VP and CFO. Online furniture marketplace Wayfair’s Chief Commercial Officer Steve Oblak is leaving the company after 14 years. Jon Blotner, VP of global merchandising, proprietary brands, advertising and media, will replace him later this year.
