When Gianmaria Schonlieb looks for new creative jobs he has specific criteria—companies that are young but also mature enough to have some awareness with consumers. That “sweet spot,” he said, “is the moment where there is a lot of amazing work that can be done.”
Schonlieb, 35, has found that place at Lyft, which he joined in late 2019 after stints at direct-to-consumer furniture brand Burrow and agencies B-Reel and Wieden+Kennedy. At Lyft, he saw an “opportunity to talk about rideshare in new ways and really push the company without starting from the beginning.”
