Nexus Studios jumped on emerging tech to create compelling content
Highlights included Factory Fifteen’s “Holiday Joyride” for Kia, which built a custom immersive display at a kids’ hospital to transport young patients to the North Pole, feeling like they were flying in a car.
Nexus’ work touched on topical issues, too. Conor Finnegan helmed a content series of puppetry shorts for Oatly that humorously navigated the complexities of switching to a plant-based lifestyle. And Johnny Kelly crafted an endearing story of a young girl and a monster made of tangled cables for Back Market, to highlight the impact of our insatiable desire for new tech products. The film featured handcrafted puppets, stop-motion, 2D animation and 3D techniques.
