One of the shop’s Super Bowl wins starred Winona Ryder and Timothée Chalamet in a mini-sequel to Tim Burton’s “Edward Scissorhands.” Directed by David Shane for Leo Burnett, the spot for Cadillac featured all the woes of life with scissors for hands, but with a happier ending than the 1990 film. The commercial became an instant 2021 cultural moment, scoring a position in the top three most-watched Super Bowl ads of the year on YouTube.
