In this week's Top 5: high octane bumper cars, IBS meets fashion and nepo baby milk mustaches.
The top 5 creative campaigns you need to know about right now
5. Ruffles: Bumping Checo
Agency: Slap Global
Sergio “Checo” Pérez, the Mexican Formula 1 driver, takes on a different type of challenge in this spot for the Mexican market—an amusement-park style bumper car ride, where 10 racing fans start their engines with one goal in mind: to “Bump Checo.” It’s a high-octane delight built on an intricate set, all designed to strengthen the PepsiCo-owned Ruffles brand’s links with sports.
4. War Child/Mother Goods: LullaBombs
Agency: Mother
The latest product from Mother’s provocative “Mother Goods” range, the idea behind LullaBombs is a child’s sleep aid where, instead of lullabies or white noise, the machine plays the sounds of war. Created to raise funds for the charity War Child, these are actual devices made from repurposed landmines painted in the colors of flags from countries in war zones. They play authentic recordings captured in war zones. Released on the anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the idea is spine-chillingly disturbing.

3. Buscopan: Fashion Cramps
Agency: MRM Spain
IBS meets the catwalk in this campaign from the Sanofi painkiller brand Buscopan, in which models clutch their stomachs in high-fashion style poses. Targeting London Fashion Week attendees, the copy playfully draws attention to the discomfort experienced by those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome symptoms, in the style of a fashion magazine editorial.

2. Nike Jordan: Beyond
Agency: Uncommon Creative Studio
Nike is attempting to take its Jordan Brand “beyond” Michael Jordan and in a new direction with this uplifting spot that depicts the story of an aspiring female baller. The brand's debut work from Uncommon, it's beautifully directed by Karim Huu Do via Object & Animal. A rousing soundtrack (a cover of “Les Fleurs” by Kaelynn Hayes) makes it a powerful call to young female athletes.
1. Silk NextMilk: Who's Next?
Agency: Orchard
With “nepo babies” a current internet obsession, this campaign for Silk’s plant-based Nextmilk could not be more timely. Its take on MilkPEP’s milk mustache campaign, one of the most famous advertising efforts in history, features the offspring of celebs from the original campaign—including Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, Ella Bleu Travolta, Myles O’Neal and Sailor Brinkley Cook—all with their very own ‘staches. The idea is to stand out to the next generation of milk drinkers.
