When it comes to Super Bowl advertising, Kristen Fong knows the score.
EDO’s Kristen Fong makes Super Bowl a winning game
As analytics manager for EDO, Fong is part of the team that delivers insights the following Monday on search response generated by Big Game ads and the celebrities who star in them. The Super Bowl is EDO’s biggest lead generator for new business and is closely watched by existing clients, for whom Fong manages 150 reports in the month following the game.
Fong joined EDO in 2021 from media monitoring company Meltwater as lead analyst for sales, focused on auto and pharmaceutical clients. She’s proved instrumental in building the pharma category, delivering insights that helped win three new clients and training other analysts on how to deliver the reports.
“What brought me to EDO was really the technology” to measure the search response generated by TV ads, Fong said. “It’s both immediate and actionable for brands to understand how their TV investment is impacting consumers.”
