Highdive has emerged as one of the nation’s hottest shops, thanks to work for a variety of clients—from Rocket Mortgage to Lay’s. But the heartbeat of the Chicago-based agency remains Jeep, which is its largest agency-of-record account. The woman steering the relationship with the Stellantis-owned brand is Kaley Lambeth, a Highdive partner whom the agency affectionately calls “account savant.”
This ‘account savant’ helps Highdive go—including on its critical Jeep business
Her recent Jeep moves include overseeing the development of the “Earth Odyssey” campaign, which put a new spin on the song most associated with “2001: A Space Odyssey.” It used animal sounds to plug Jeep’s electric vehicle ambitions. Lambeth has taken a leadership role in helping Jeep enter the EV market, while also navigating the brand’s entry into large premium SUVs, according to Highdive.
But Lambeth’s influence goes beyond Jeep. She led Highdive’s work on a 2022 Super Bowl ad for Lay’s that starred Seth Rogen and Paul Rudd and claimed the No. 6 spot on USA Today’s Ad Meter ranking. “She internalizes our objectives and advocates for them fiercely,” Lay’s stated in a comment provided by Highdive.
The agency also credits Lambeth with contributing to its steady new business success, including 30%-plus year-over-year growth over the past three years. When not guiding accounts and scoring wins, she works on internal initiatives, including training new employees and helping to debut Highdive’s first internship program last summer. The agency said it “was such a success that half of the interns were hired into full-time positions.” The new hires would be wise to follow Lambeth’s lead.
