WhatsApp brings privacy promise to life with global public installations

Collage of outdoor WhatsApp installations showing oversized green chat bubble frames in public spaces. Each frame has a frosted or distorted glass panel, symbolizing privacy. The setups include scenes like people interacting with emoji props, a giant tipped-over teacup sculpture, and a green-and-white archway labeled “Step into a WhatsApp Chat.” The locations vary from parks to urban plazas. Some signage includes Portuguese words like "Treinador Privado" (Private Trainer).
Activations turn an abstract idea into tangible examples in London, New York, Delhi and São Paulo. (Whatsapp)
