American Eagle seems to be following in the footsteps of Dove and its Campaign for Real Beauty with a lingerie campaign for its Aerie brand featuring models who have not been retouched. The campaign, which carries the tagline "the real you is sexy," involves print ads that proudly claim that "the girl in this photo has not been retouched" and show young girls (the brand is aimed at 15-21 year olds) without the help of Photoshop. The photos were shot by photographer John Urbano. Meanwhile, a gallery at the retailer's Website lets readers upload their own self-portraits.
