AFLAC has redesigned its website and launched You Don't Know Quack, an integrated campaign to help educate consumers on the brand's supplementary insurance. AFLAC marketing historically has leaned heavily on traditional media with spots featuring the iconic duck character who promoted brand awareness with his boisterous "AFLAC" quack. The site and campaign feature a revamped, animated version of the famous fowl, who takes on an expanded, but perhaps less boisterous role in online vignettes that help to spell out what the AFLAC product is all about to individuals, business owners and potential agents.
