The Ad Council used its annual gala Wednesday night to appreciate all the agencies that devote creativity, time and labor to campaigns that help social causes. But in the interest of time, it thanked them all at once in this funny film, created out of Grey, New York.
In it, comedian Pete Holmes plays the role of Ad Council Chair David Christopher, who, apparently is running late with his man date with Bobby Flay to devote more than a couple of breaths to show his gratitude to the organization's agency partners during a conference call. He did, however, have a few seconds to spare to comment on the "unfortunate" sound of agency KBS+'s name.
