Ants become protesters in this campaign by BBDO Dusseldorf for the WWF, which carried off the Grand Prix for Good at Cannes. In a five day live event at Cologne Zoo, thousands of leaf-cutter ants carried tiny "banners" made from leaves, each featuring a message about saving the rainforest. Promoted by teaser videos, the campaign successfully went viral and made national headlines.  "The Ant Rally" also carried off a silver in the Branded Content & Entertainment Lions category, and a bronze in the Direct Lions.
