Use a Burger King billboard as a video conference background and get a free Whopper
Fast feeder finds a way to give its outdoor ads airtime when we're all indoors

Editor's Pick
With outdoor advertising a major casualty of the pandemic, marketers are having to come up with inventive ways to get their billboards seen by everyone sheltering indoors. Burger King has come up with one way around it—by bribing people with Whoppers.
Burger King is promising customers a free additional Whopper with any Whopper purchase if they use one of its billboards as their virtual backdrop during their virtual conference calls. They'll need to download a billboard image from Burger King's Twitter account, use it during an online conference, upload a photo on Twitter and tweet @BurgerKing with the hashtag #HomeOfTheBillboards.
BK will then send them a direct message with a buy-one-get-one-free code to be redeemed on the BK App. The free burgers, one per person, are only available via participating U.S. restaurants, and not with delivery.
The campaign was created by David Buenos Aires.
