Gaming isn’t usually the most physical activity, but Supercell and David New York challenged the public to a novel test of strength in a new video for mobile game Clash Royale.
The game has just introduced stronger heavyweight characters, including evolved P.E.K.K.A. and evolved Mega Knight. So, Supercell got a real-life heavyweight, Eddie Hall—former World’s Strongest Man and deadlift world record holder—to promote it.

In the video above, Hall strolls around Las Vegas, challenging passersby to play the game—on a phone housed in a ridiculous 50-pound case. Needless to say, doing well in the game isn’t the toughest part.
The stunt took place on the eve of UFC 306 in Vegas, where Supercell promoted its titanic in-game event at Sphere. “It’s the most fun I’ve had playing a game while working out at the same time,” Hall said. “I challenge anyone to get through a three-minute round of Clash Royale while holding this case!”
