Korean cosmetics brand Innisfree made it their mission to boost Korean men's confidence with an augmented reality app that let them star in a commercial with pop star Yoona. In the ads, she compliments them on everything they do. The app, by agency Innored, was downloaded by 70,000 men via iTunesand Google Play. Their personalized commercials reached over 1.7 million views on YouTube and Facebook and resulted in the brand's highest sales ever due to skincare product purchases by men at Innisfree stores.
