Copyright Your Harvey's Burger Creation

BBDO Toronto Campaign Ensures Nobody Else Can Register Your Burger

Editor's Pick

Canadian burger chain Harvey's lets customers choose how they make their burger -- a la Subway. BBDO Toronto's new campaign plays on that with "Copyright," which features a "burger barrister," Morley Gunn, who is fighting the good fight by helping you copyright your burger creation. At MyHarveysCopyright.com, you can build your burger, from patties to toppings to the amount of condiments, then register the burger. Once that's done, nobody else can register a similar creation. The creator receives a copyright number, a "certificate of copyright," and 10% off at Harvey's through February.
