If you're fed up with snowmen and Santa designs, you can always wrap your gifts with Dennis Quaid's face this holiday. That's thanks to insurance firm Esurance, which is promoting its "Surprisingly Painless" tagline with a range of holiday gifting materials including the wrapping paper emblazoned with the mug of the "Big Easy" actor (its current pitchman).
Quaid also stars in a video, seen here, promoting the range. It includes tags, bags, boxes and cards, carrying "simple and honest" statements such as “We’re work friends and I don’t know you that well, so here’s a gift card;” “Pick out something nice and tell everyone it’s from me;” “Before you open this, I’d like to remind you that you’re very hard to buy for" and “I vaguely described you to the guy at the store and he told me to get you this.”
Customers can order the Surprisingly Painless Gifting accessories for free online on Monday, Dec.17, at surprisinglypainlessgifting.com, while supplies last. There will also be pop-up stores in New York and Chicago, where customers can get their gifts wrapped with the Quaid wrap.
