Grindr to embark on road tour across America for Pride Month
The ‘Grindr Rides America Tour’ features a tour bus with a photo studio, sexual wellness education and Pride merch

LGBTQ+ dating app Grindr is bringing Pride nationwide this summer with a great all-American gay tour.
The “Grindr Rides America Tour” features a branded tour bus that will stop in 10 cities across America to help members of the community take portraits for their profiles, get HIV testing and PrEP resources.
The bus will include two full-service portrait photography studios on board, bumper stickers, free merchandise and appearances by local drag queens. Grindr will also be joined by the Q Care Plus team at all 10 locations to talk about HIV and STI prevention, screening and treatment, and how access to PrEP and PEP can keep people healthy.
In addition to the bus, Grindr will host giveaways for items such as Pride clack fans and photos taken with the Q Care Plus giant lips. The tour kicks off May 29 in San Francisco.
The campaign takes an interesting approach to Pride this year, as the cross-country road tour takes place amid heightened violence against the LGBTQ+ community in Southern and Midwestern states. Some stops on the tour include states where anti-LGBTQ bills have been introduced, advanced or passed into law, including Arizona, Louisiana, Georgia and Ohio.
