In Singapore, Coca-cola has used drones to deliver ice cold cans to 2500 construction laborers -- mainly migrant workers. The project by Ogilvy Singapore, supported by non-profit organization Singapore Kindness Movement, sought to build bridges between Singaporeans and the city-state's 1.3 million-strong migrant worker population that comprises about one third of the country's entire workforce. The workers, who come from countries such as India, China, Bangladesh and Myanmar, were sent handwritten notes of encouragement, from ordinary Singaporeans who were recruited on the street, along with the Cokes.
