Office workers find love among singing llamas and the integration of Monday.com into their work systems in an amusing new spot for the B2B platform.

Created in-house, “The First Work Platform You’ll Love to Use” depicts employees falling in love with a new platform introduced at their company. As they grow more enamored, cute llamas begin to appear around the office singing a cover of Rihanna and Calvin Harris’ “We Found Love.”

The CGI llamas serenade their colleagues until the entire commercial is a flash mob of workers and llamas totally swooning over Monday.com.

The film, including the 60-second spot and a 90-second extended version, was directed by Rob Leggat and produced within Monday.com’s new creative department with support from freelancers. The CGI and post-production were handled by visual effects company Gravity, which rendered the full CGI llamas.

The spot was inspired by customer feedback, according to the company, who report that the product quickly becomes an indispensable part of their workday.

“We’re constantly hearing from customers how much they love Monday.com. With this campaign, we wanted to convey that when a product truly adds value to a customer’s day, it’s natural for them to develop a deep affinity for it, seeing Monday.com as not just a tool but something our customers love to use every day,” said Robbie Ferrara, global creative director at Monday.com. “We’re thrilled to show that B2B marketing doesn’t have to be boring. It can be just as engaging and creative as any consumer-facing campaign.”

The spot will air across CTV, audio and performance ads in North America. The campaign will also feature out-of-home ads in a partial takeover of the New York City subway, Chicago trains and buses, and over 110 digital screens in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport and 11 Delta lounges.

In addition to the film, Monday.com created a cheeky behind-the-scenes film that reiterates that B2B advertising doesn’t need to be boring. See below.

The campaign follows the brand’s “For Whatever You Run” platform which launched in summer 2024 and illustrated how workers running the Orca species use Monday.com to keep track of it all.
