Gatorade pays tribute to Serena Williams' fightback to the top of women's tennis 10 months after motherhood in its latest ad -- and it's narrated by Williams' own mother.

Oracene Price's voice describes how Williams "sacrificed," "pushed through the pain" and "gave 100 per cent without any sleep" like a mother, and more, to footage of Williams training for her latest Wimbledon final.

The spot came out just before Williams' Wimbledon final on Saturday and while she may have lost (to Angelique Kerber), it's her extraordinary achievement in coming back so soon after a near-fatal childbirth that will be remembered -- including her post-match comment that she was "playing for all the moms out there." And that's what the ad, by TBWA/Chiat/Day, is about.
