Sikorsky Credit Union approached Response to help revamp their marketing efforts and create a comprehensive campaign that properly communicated the brand story to both their current and prospective members.
We developed the look, feel, and messaging for their “Perspectives Matters” campaign, which explored how SCU views every situation as an opportunity to save or make money for their members. Aspirational brand promises were balanced with functional rate-based subject matter to create messaging that was clear, consistent, familiar, and trustworthy - all pillars of the credit union.
The campaign came to life across TV, radio, direct mail, digital, social, and in-branch collateral. Response and the client worked closely as a team throughout the campaign for ongoing strategy, results and optimizations.
The results of this campaign are exceptional. Not only are we seeing a big increase in site traffic, but, more importantly, a substantial uptick in new checking accounts opened and mortgage applications.
