Dove Asks What If Women's Negative Self-Talk Was Said Out Loud?

For its latest revealing beauty stunt, Dove took the negative inner thoughts from various real French women and imagined how they would sound if people said them out loud to someone else. The brand asked the women to write down their self-loathing self-talk about their own looks in a journal, and then hired two actresses to say them out loud to each other in a public environment, with the original women looking on. Even the actresses balk at some of the comments, which only serves to underline the point more: if we treated others the way we treat ourselves, we'd be the worst kind of bully.
