Liquid Death has reached peak celebrity compatibility with its new campaign, in which rocker Ozzy Osbourne warns teenagers not to snort Liquid Death’s Death Dust electrolyte mix—or do anything even more disturbing with it. Death Dust is a mix that you add to water, delivering the electrolytes your body needs to stay hydrated. However, Liquid Death has been seeing lots of comments on its Instagram that young people are apparently snorting the stuff. Thus, the PSA from Osbourne, a man who historically is no stranger to nose candy. Single-flavor packs are also now available in addition to variety packs. “I love how Liquid Death makes a healthy thing like hydration more fun,” Osbourne said in a statement. “Sharon, the family, and I drink Liquid Death all the time, it’s delicious. But seriously, don’t snort or inject anything they make. It’s much better for drinking.” In other Liquid Death news, the brand won its first Cannes Lion last week, having entered work into the festival for the first time. It picked up a Bronze Lion in Social & Influencer for its “Corpse Paint” effort with e.l.f. Cosmetics.
