Ah the holidays. The scenario of competing over the last parking spot at the mall may be a familiar one to many people at this time of year. In Audi's holiday commercial, it becomes a dramatic car chase between two determined dads.
Created by Venables Bell & Partners and directed by Steve Rogers at Biscuit, the funny spot sees the pair arrive at the mall at the same time and negotiate obstacles such as tiny parking spaces, the woman who looks like she's leaving and isn't (we've all been there) and elderly shoppers getting in a muddle with their car keys.
The music choice ("Carol of the Bells" -- also used in this year's Waitrose spot from the U.K.) serves to ramp up the drama nicely. And even when they finally succeed in reaching the store, there's something else to fight over. The 2018 RS 7 and RS 3 Audi Sport vehicles feature as the vehicles.
