Small-breasted women have a reason to cheer on National Pancake Day

D-to-C bra company Pepper, which specifically sells bras for smaller breast sizes, feels for all women who have been called “flat as a pancake.” So, it’s taking National Pancake Day (March 12) as an opportunity to celebrate “National Flat Chest Day,” flipping what was once an insult into a reason to celebrate. The female-founded company will Venmo anyone who purchases a Pepper bra on National Pancake Day $4.65–the exact cost of a short stack of pancakes at IHOP. (And since IHOP gives out free pancakes today anyway, that’s an easy $4.65 to enjoy a stack when the restaurant isn’t bombarded with lines.) Pepper is promoting the offer on social, through email and on its website with photos of women wearing Pepper bras gobbling up pancakes. Customers have to use the code “Pancakes” to get the offer.
