This Sao Paulo Art Museum Created a Game to Educate You on Your Journey There
Pinacoteca's Interactive Game Is Based on Subway Map of the City
Editor's Pick
Sao Paulo's Pinacoteca art gallery is encouraging visitors to learn more about its art collection by gamifying their visit: it's created an interactive board game based on the city's subway and metropolitan train lines
Visitors can download an app, and when they arrive at the subway station they are traveling from, take a photo of the sign. The game will start from that station, with the goal to reach the station where the museum is located by answering questions. The idea is to learn more about the museum on the journey there, to ensure visitors are more prepared for their visit as well as making the ride more entertaining.
The app was created by agency F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi; alternatively, to play at home, download the game board from the website .
