Something even as dry as the phone bill gets a beautiful design treatment, courtesy of Paris-based company User Studio. "Refact" was born through analysis of phone bill data, which put together the numbers in your bill that users actually care about -- which are often the same numbers your service providers want to hide, for fear that you will notice places you can cut services, and ultimately, your costs.

Now in a concept stage only, "Refact" lets you visualize the data in your phone bill by uploading the numbers and then interacting with the visualizations and tracking your trends online. Users can sign up for an account that will immediately make the most salient parts of their bills clearly visible to them, in a beautiful format to boot. The information would be available on phones and tablet devices as well as on computers.
