Given the deluge of vending machine stunts we’ve seen in advertising, it’s hard to come by one that’s truly surprising. This one from Royal Tru-Orange, a Coca-Cola-owned soda that’s only available in the Philippines, is a spooky delight.

A new video from the brand depicts what you’d expect from a Coke vending machine stunt--do something to get a soda, like hug, sing or dance. In time for Halloween festivities, this particular Royal dispenser asked consumers to scream their brains out in order to get a free fizzy drink.

Scream they did, but along with their soda treats, they got a nice trick.
