Ryan Reynolds Is Literally All Over Hyundai's Super Bowl Commercial
Actor Proves a Huge Distraction in Car Maker's Big Game Ad
Editor's Pick
Ryan Reynolds has been all over the place promoting his upcoming portrayal of smart-mouthed anti-hero Deadpool, but it also seems he's had time to be all over the place in one of Hyundai's ads for the Super Bowl, created out of Innocean. In it, a pair of women driving a Hyundai make their way through a town called Ryanville, where they encounter Reynolds riding by on his bike, then as a traffic cop (and the man he's ticketing), as a group of construction workers flexing their muscles and then as a group of studs playing football.
The Ryans prove to be such a distraction that the driver nearly runs into another man, Reynolds again, crossing the street with his dog, but fortunately, the car's auto emergency breaking with pedestrian detection kicks into the gear, and Reynolds flashes his pearly whites once again.
Another of Hyundai's ads depicts the car's features using another unusual device -- talking bears.
