Joan Collins is no stranger to the world of commercials: the "Dynasty" actress famously starred in Cinzano ads during the '80s and has also appeared in Snickers' advertising.  Her latest appearance, however, sees her ditching traditional food and drink TV ads for more modern tech, in a social media campaign by Gravity Road for the U.K. mobile brand Three.

In the spot, directed by Chris Faith, Collins rides on a yacht in St. Tropez, explaining her approach to husbands—and mobile networks—and the benefits of finding "the one": “I’ve never settled for anyone or anything which didn’t float my boat," she says. "It’s now easier than ever to switch. So darling if they’re not satisfying you, then just... ghost them."

There's even a blink-and-you'll miss it nod to rival EE, whose ads Kevin Bacon appears in; the guy she's apparently "ghosting" comes up on her mobile as "Kev" with a bacon emoji.

The ad launches as rules on switching mobile networks in the U.K. are changing to make choice easier: from yesterday, mobile customers can get the code they need to switch networks by simply sending a free text message and can switch mobile networks in just one working day,
