This month, Uber announced that it would be scrapping its rewards program in favor of promoting Uber One, a membership program introduced last fall that offers unlimited delivery fees, discounts across rides and delivery, as well as exclusive access to perks such as premium member support and promotions.

Now, the brand is putting marketing muscle behind the offering with a celebrity-studded campaign that begins running tomorrow, touting the benefits of becoming an Uber One member. A series of spots stars Tracy Morgan, Sarah Silverman, Julia Fox and Zach Cherry, each reciting how Uber One helps them to save on their life needs.

Morgan, for example, relies on the service to save on his gravy nachos, yummy croissants, staplers and lady fingers. Sarah Silverman, on the other hand, uses Uber One to help her save up for when she gets “canceled,” pointing viewers to a link where she hopes she won’t have to sell pictures of her feet (www.bignaturaltoes.net).

The campaign was created out of Special Group U.S. and directed by Nora Kirkpatrick via Furlined. It will be running across the U.S. and Canada on linear and connected TV, out-of-home, audio and digital through the end of the year. It will also feature exclusive promotions and offers for Uber One members throughout the back half of 2022.

Celebrities have been a mainstay of Uber delivery platform campaigns, which have featured stars including Elton John, Lil Nas X, Mark Hamill, Patrick Stewart, Jennifer Coolidge, Gwyneth Paltrow and more.
