Mexican beer brand Pacifico has commissioned artists to paint vintage Volkswagen buses for events at retail locations, bars and restaurants. Harking back to its storied first U.S. consumers, west coast surfers, Pacifico scavenged 19 VW vans from 1958 through 1971, which were then restored by a mechanic and painted with themes that embody both surf culture and its Mexican origins.
