Filmmaker Ben Moon was widely lauded for his Patagonia-sponsored short film, Denali, which featured in the Saatchi New Directors Showcast at Cannes in 2015. Now he's back with a film about another cancer survivor, MLB pitcher Daniel Morris, living out of his VW camper van in the offseason on a solo road trip on America's west coast.
Morris discusses his feelings about baseball, the outdoors and the ocean as we see him drive around, surf and tend to his van in stunningly captured rugged scenery. It's peaceful, contemplative and will make you want to go and reconnect with nature.
