Crowley Webb names CEO
Crowley Webb has promoted Tricia Barrett from chief operating officer to CEO. Barrett replaces Jim Hettich, who had been CEO since 2003 and will remain chairman through the end of 2023.
“If there’s one person who is best suited for the job of Crowley Webb CEO, it’s Tricia Barrett,” Hettich said. “She has, no doubt, been one of the fiercest and most phenomenal leaders to set foot in this agency, offering an immense amount of knowledge and expertise to drive the growth of each employee and the agency as a whole.”
Barrett joined the Buffalo, New York-based agency in 2003 as an account supervisor and was the youngest person ever named to Crowley Webb’s management team when she was made vice president of operations in 2008. Barrett led the strategic efforts for a number of Crowley Webb’s key clients including Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Western New York, Evergreen Health and AAA Western and Central New York.

Throughout their tenures at David, the pair have worked on The Coca-Cola Company, ABInbev, HSBC, Burger King, The Walt Disney Company, Mondelēz, Macma, Netflix and Volkswagen México. They were the minds behind campaigns such as “All In Promo” for Noblex and the Wallbox spot in Super Bowl LVI.
