Agency reviews are humming along in 2025, and with the chaos of the Super Bowl now in the rearview mirror, things are unlikely to slow down anytime soon. The auto insurer is looking to better engage with its customer base, according to a person familiar with the matter, though it wasn’t immediately clear what the exact scope of the work would be. The Martin Agency has been Geico’s creative lead for 31 years. Two other Interpublic Group of Cos. agencies are participating in the review, a spokesperson said. Goodyear Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. consolidated the majority of its global marketing business under Publicis Groupe. The move impacted 60 agencies, including Stagwell’s Colle McVoy and Omnicom Group’s GSD&M and The Marketing Arm. The French ad giant is now overseeing creative, media, production and digital services through a bespoke team called “Publicis P1T Crew.” BBH USA is the creative lead in the bespoke team. Publicis declined to share which other agencies will be included on the roster. Porsche Porsche put its U.S. creative account into review, forcing Cramer-Krasselt, the agency that has handled the Volkswagen Group-owned automaker’s account since 2007, to once again defend. Chicago-based Cramer-Krasselt retained Porsche’s U.S. business in both 2013 and 2020. Roth Ryan Hayes is supporting the review. Publix Publix Super Markets awarded Fig its creative business and retained 22Squared to handle media following a competitive review. 22Squared formerly handled both media and creative. Subway Subway is conducting a review for its U.S. creative and paid media businesses, putting Dentsu’s hold on the account at risk. Dentsu has been the incumbent since late 2017 when the sandwich chain consolidated its account with an integrated team that included Carat for media. The holding company is participating in the review, which is being handled by search consultancy R3. Visa Visa parted ways with creative AOR Wieden+Kennedy and added Stagwell’s Anomaly to its agency roster. Anomaly, which is working with the payments giant on a project basis, is managing upcoming brand campaigns. Publicis Groupe, which handles media, continues to support local marketing endeavors, according to a person familiar with the matter.
