“Marketing Reimagined” connects brands with over 250 nonprofit partners, using data-driven insights to match a company with an audience that shares its values. Consumers then receive text messages inviting them to direct a donation from the brand to the nonprofit cause of their choice.
Landor has appointed Nicky Bell as president, Americas, replacing Gabriel Miller, who left the WPP shop earlier this year. Based in New York, Bell will oversee seven studios across the U.S., Mexico and Canada, with a focus on driving growth across the region.
Bell formerly served as Meta’s VP and global head of creative shop. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at agencies including R/GA, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy.
L’Oréal International Distribution, L’Oréal Group’s new business unit focused on select markets, has named GroupM’s Wavemaker as its Europe, Africa and Middle East media agency following a six-month competitive review handled by consultancy Ebiquity.
The review was designed to consolidate LID’s media activity under one agency, which will also oversee the company’s Amazon activity. It wasn’t immediately clear which agencies LID previously worked with.
StrawberryFrog has promoted Nick Sonderup to co-chief creative officer, a new role that will see him work alongside Tyler DeAngelo. Sonderup was formerly executive creative director at the New York shop, which plans to announce more creative hires soon.

Dunn&Co hired Tor Lemhag as executive creative director, replacing Chris Corley, who left the Tampa, Florida-based agency in 2023. Lemhag previously served as senior VP, creative director at FCB Chicago. At Leo Burnett, he worked on the Van Gogh BNB campaign for the Art Institute of Chicago.
Stagwell on Thursday reported 1.2% organic net revenue growth for the second quarter. Revenue for the first half of 2024 rose 7% from a year earlier, to $1.3 billion.

Anomaly has elevated Aisea Laungaue to global partner, executive strategy director. In the new role, Laungaue will focus on client growth and development across the Stagwell agency’s network. He was previously partner and chief strategy officer for the Los Angeles office.
Uncommon Creative Studio named Tobey Duncan, formerly head of planning, as its first chief strategy officer. It hired Natalie Lau, a strategy partner at McCann London, to assume Duncan’s former role.
