Wadia emphasizes long-term client partnerships and the importance of hands-on involvement: “We don’t take anything on unless Kate and I are going to be intimately involved in the business.” Wadia’s advice for aspiring agency founders? “Make yourself uncomfortable, look to work with great people and relentlessly develop your relationships,” he said.
