Work & Co is expanding its presence with two new offices—one in Atlanta and the other in Los Angeles—bringing its total to eight outposts across the U.S., Europe and Brazil.
The agency said its latest expansion is aimed at discovering digital and engineering talent, with an emphasis on diversity. Atlanta offers access to talent in the Southeast region, where a number of startups and HBCUs are located. L.A.’s office is in the Arts District, where a host of tech-forward entertainment companies have been cropping up.

In 2021 the Brooklyn-based design and technology agency added 70 employees to its roster for a total of 470 employees. The shop also notched 43 new clients last year, including Abercrombie & Fitch, FreshDirect, GoFundMe, Harley Davidson, the PGA Tour and the Mayo Clinic, while earning agency of record status for Gatorade, Lennar Homes and Vistaprint among others.
The L.A. outpost is already operating with about a dozen staffers. There is yet no physical space yet in Atlanta, but a team of five is currently working in the city remotely.
