Instacart (Super Bowl spot)
The delivery service’s first Super Bowl ad is full of consumer packaged goods mascots who are seen running through a city to make it to an Instacart customer’s front door. The 60-second version is below. Erika Wheless has more about the campaign from TBWA\Chiat\Day, including the 30-second spot that will air in the game.
Bosch (Super Bowl teaser)
Antonio Banderas and “Macho Man” Randy Savage goof off and warm up for their Super Bowl appearance in a second teaser from the home appliance and power tool brand.
Mountain Dew (Super Bowl teaser)
Latin Pop star Becky G, the “Mountain Dude” and a chorus of barking seals are among the characters on a swelling sea in Mountain Dew’s Super Bowl teaser, which promises a “refreshing twist” on its Baja Blast flavor. Goodby Silverstein & Partners created the campaign.
Squarespace (Super Bowl teaser)
The brand announced that actor Barry Keoghan will star in its Super Bowl commercial. As a teaser for the spot, it also unveiled a comedic short film, titled “Barry and Mosley,” featuring Keoghan helping his campaign costar, a donkey named Don Mosley, create a Squarespace website to support the donkey’s budding acting career.
Cadillac
E.J. Schultz has the story of General Motors nameplate’s first campaign from 72andSunny, for the new Escalade IQ, featuring a new tagline, “Let’s Take the Cadillac.”
Citroën
The automaker tells the timeless story of an alien trying to get home—but there’s a twist—in this epic yet comical spot from BETC Paris and director Gary Freedman.
Netflix
Wieden+Kennedy Portland and directors Megaforce crafted a rollicking three-minute global spot for Netflix teasing what’s to come on the streamer in 2025. The spot features a bored office worker who’s transported into the worlds of Netflix’s biggest titles, including “Stranger Things,” “Squid Game,” “Wednesday,” “Emily in Paris,” “Cobra Kai,” “Happy Gilmore 2” and more. There are 26 different shows and movies integrated into the film. The editor was Adriana Legay.
Popeyes x Don Julio
Here’s an unexpected duo: Popeyes and Tequila Don Julio have teamed up for a limited-edition menu leading up to the Super Bowl in New Orleans. The fast-food chain released a Tequila Don Julio Reposado flavored chicken sandwich, a Tequila Don Julio Reposado flavored Louisiana Garlic 3-Piece wings with a specialty sauce and a Spicy Strawberry Hibiscus lemonade mocktail at select Popeyes in New York, Miami, New Orleans, and the hometowns of the teams headed to the Big Game— Philadelphia and Kansas City. The menu will be available for one day only, Jan. 31. To unveil the collab, Popeyes launched a creative film created by Anomaly New York.
Twix
The Mars Inc. brand is prepping a second-screen experience for the Super Bowl called the “Second Screen Staredown.” During every ad break within the game, fans can visit twix.com and hold their gaze on their phone for a chance to enter a sweepstakes—with two solid gold bars (valued at $170,000) as the prize. The phone’s camera will track your gaze; the longer you stare, the more entries you can earn. Adam&eveDDB designed the campaign.
