Gen Z high brand momentum scores: All Access introduction

Which brands are hot, according to Gen Z? Some are new, like ChatGPT. Others, like Coca-Cola, have been around for several decades longer than the generation itself. But they all have one thing in common—Gen Z believes they’re on the way up.Ad Age Datacenter analyzed findings from The Harris Poll’s QuestBrand, a brand management software tool, which ranked the 25 brands with the highest brand momentum among Gen Z consumers. From AI-powered tools to gaming giants, fast food favorites to financial apps, the list reveals which companies are capturing Gen Z’s attention and driving the future of brand loyalty. Some names are not surprising to those familiar with the generation born from 1997 to 2012—brands such as Nike and PlayStation have long been Gen Z favorites. But the rankings also highlight some unexpected winners, including brands with broad cross-generational appeal and even a few legacy names making a strong comeback. The new report also highlights hit brands in five key categories: automotive, consumer electronics, financial services, personal care and retail.
