Spotify is bringing listeners in on the development of creative campaigns.
In the latest business-to-business push by Spotify's ad unit to spotlight advertising and brand leaders, the audio giant today debuted “The Perfect Pitch.” The podcast follows creatives as they craft responses to creative briefs from high-profile marketing and advertising executives, including Frito-Lay North America Chief Marketing Officer Brett O’Brien, Indeed CMO Jessica Jensen and Athletic Greens CMO Jonathan Corne. The weekly challenges include “creating a 30-second audio spot that encapsulates the feeling one might get when hearing the words ‘You’re Hired!’ or producing a mnemonic device that evokes the sound of the iconic Doritos Triangle,” according to press materials.
