CNBC launched in Asia

NBC Tuesday launched CNBC Asia, a 24-hour global business news network. The satellite TV service features a variety of Asian and world business news coverage, as well as Asian versions of NBC's U.S. programs. In July, NBC will incorporate CNBC Asia programming into its CNBC channel in the U.S., and next fall, CNBC Asia programming will be included on NBC Super Channel in Europe.
