Blockbuster Video, Dallas, this week breaks a new campaign promoting summer video rentals. The work is themed, "Hot summer nights" and includes the company's return to its "Make it a Blockbuster night" tagline. The 30- and 60-second spots were created by Bernstein-Rein, Kansas City, Mo., and will run nationally through August on media purchased by Young & Rubicam, New York. Radio spots break July 27.
