Feel Films, 1stAveMachine, Derby and More Add Directors

Feel Films has signed Director Mehdi Norowzian. He has directed commercials for Mercedes, Audi, Adidas, Reebok and Sony, and he worked on the the film "Killing Joe," among others.

1stAveMachine has signed Director Nico Kasakoff to its roster. Kasakoff previously worked as an art director for Agulla & Baccetti in Buenos Aires before directing ads for Ford, Stella Artois, Nike and MTV, as well as music videos and short films.

Derby has signed Director Andrew Hardaway. He has done ads for Hewlett Packard, Lexus, Nissan, and Volkswagen. He previously worked at Industrial Light and Magic, where he was a senior digital artist on movies including "Star Wars" and "Men in Black." Following this, Hardaway worked with David Fincher as an effects supervisor and second unit feature director for a BMW film series.

Golden has signed Director Justin Harder to its
roster in Los Angeles.
Harder previously worked at publications including IdN, Print
Magazine, GQ, and Stash, as well as at global
festivals. Harder designed and animated "The Story of Millennials"
for Hulu. He was previously represented by
Prettybird and several European
companies.

Director Ian Ruschel has signed with Iconoclast. In his career, he has directed films for brands including Audi, Sony, Nike, Coca-Cola, Ford and Samsung. And, he has directed the films "Unbovine Yourself" and "Las Calles de Borges."

Director Max Sherman has joined Anonymous Content. Sherman launched his career in Canada with production company OPC. He worked on the short film, "But I'd Really Have to Kill You." His credits include pieces for Axe, Microsoft, Mini Cooper, Bose, and Office Depot/Office Max, and HelloFlo. Sherman is also represented by Blink in the UK and OPC in Canada.


Honor Society has signed Director Tim Abshire for representation. Abshire has worked on brands including Google, Coca-Cola, PlayStation, ESPN, Febreze, Volkswagen, Taco Bell, E-trade and Kia. He began his career at MTV where he created content and commercials. He also served as a writer, editor and creative director for television campaigns.

Stink Group has hired Fran McGivern as an executive producer in Los Angeles. Prior to that, McGivern worked at RSA, Acne USA and most recently B-Reel. She has been an executive producer for Directors Jake Scott, Jordan Scott, and The Malloys and has produced HBO's "Voyeur," "Thunder Perfect Mind" for Prada, and the Emmy award-winning Nike commercial "Move."

AllDayEveryDay has appointed Producer Oscar Thomas as executive producer in New York and Los Angeles. He previously worked at Ridley Scott's RSA in London, was an agency producer at CP&B and Cliff Freeman & Partners, and later started Bullet RTV Inc.

Rob Hodgson has joined MPC Los Angeles as a visual effects creative director. He worked on Ang Lee's "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" among other films, and commercials for Kia, GE, Jell-O, Visa, and other brands. His credits also include work on "Get Like Me" for David Banner featuring Chris Brown. He has also worked for Method NY/LA and Brickyard VFX, film facilities such as Double Negative and Hydraulx and film studios including Disney, Fox and Sony Pictures Classics.

In addition, MPC LA has promoted Art Director Casey McIntyre to creative director of content production. McIntyre has worked on Faraday Future's brand launch film and Sony Pictures' "Goosebumps." As art director, she has worked on projects for Microsoft, Nike and Deutsche Telekom and she has directed for Sketchers. She began her career in Sydney at Resolution Design and later Fin Design & Effects. In 2008 she moved to Los Angeles and joined Motion Theory as senior designer before her move to MPC.

Grand Central Recording Studios has appointed Culum Simpson as sound designer. Simpson previously worked for Jungle on campaigns for Google, Pepsi, National Autistic Society, PETA and the Royal Navy. Prior to that, he was an actor and musician.

Squeak E Clean has signed Producer Stephanie Gocke to its Los Angeles office. Gocke was most recently at Psyop, where she was a visual effects and animation producer. Prior to that, she was a broadcast producer who worked on campaigns for Apple products. She started her career at Media Tonic Communications and worked on brands including Disney, Fox, and Toyota and also wored at Three Artist Management.

Eleven has hired Mixer and Sound Designer Mike Franklin, who first began there in 2002. He was an assistant mixer before leaving for Beacon Street Studios in Venice. He also freelanced as a full-time mixer and sound designer, working on commercials, television and feature films. He worked on Super Bowl spots, and campaigns for Microsoft, Apple Music, Samsung, Taco Bell, Absolut, EA, Beats, Nascar and Coke.

Whitehouse Post promoted James Dierx to its Los Angeles roster as an editor. Dierx joined Whitehouse Post as an intern and was later hired as an assistant editor. He directed and edited "Cats in Tanks," which was featured at Gold Coast Film Festival. He is credited for other ads for Allstate, Toyota, GE, Barbie and Google, and has had agency relationships with BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, 72andSunny, David & Goliath, CP&B, Leo Burnett, and TBWA/Chiat/Day.

Photographer Diana King has joined ContagiousLA for representation on fashion lifestyle and advertising projects. She has previously worked with actresses Jamie Chung, Natalie Morales, Mindy Kaling and "Transparent" creator Jill Soloway. She has also worked on ad campaigns for Samsung and Wet Seal. . Prior to that, she gained experience while working at Anonymous Content, and in commercial production and photography.

Deluxe's Rushes has announced the appointment of Simona Cristea as its new head of creative color.
She entered the field over a decade ago and has previously worked with Mert & Marcus, Sam Taylor-Wood, Trevor Robinson, Nick Knight and Rankin. She most recently worked on campaigns for Nike, Gillette, Geox, Armani and Honda.
