Ad Age is debuting a 40 Under 40 mentorship program designed to empower the next generation of industry leaders. In partnership with the Columbia University School of Professional Studies, the exclusive initiative pairs rising stars from the 2024 Ad Age 40 Under 40 honoree list with early-career professionals for personalized mentorship and career development.
The inaugural program demonstrates Ad Age’s commitment to fostering the development of future industry leaders while building on the legacy of the 40 Under 40 initiative.
The program offers an opportunity for selected mentees to gain insights, guidance and one-on-one coaching from some of the most innovative minds in advertising, marketing and media. The mentors—including executives from Walmart, Microsoft, Wondery and Digitas—will benefit from the fresh perspectives and ideas brought by the School of Professional Studies students.
