After teasing a Super Bowl appearance with ads that ran during the NFL Pro Bowl and the Grammy Awards this week, Homes.com has confirmed it will be making its Big Game debut. The fast-growing residential real estate brand owned by CoStar Group announced on LinkedIn that it will have multiple spots running during the Big Game on Sunday.
“It’s time to get excited. We’re kicking off the biggest marketing campaign in real estate ever with four Super Bowl ads—all to bring agents like you more exposure and more leads so you close more deals,” the Wednesday post read. The company is planning one 60-second ad and two 30-second ads; a 30-second unit in this year’s Super Bowl on CBS cost roughly $7 million.
