Created by Skechers in-house agency SKX Studios, the ad will run in the game’s third quarter. It is promoting the footwear brand’s Hands Free Slip-Ins shoes.
According to the brand, Skechers has had 11 Super Bowl ads, though some of those have been regional buys. Last year, the brand invested in a 60-second national spot, called “All Walks of Life,” that starred Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart, as well as Romo.
Last week, Skechers executives called out strong demand for its “comfort technology products” as the company announced record annual sales of $8 billionin 2023, a 7.5% increase over 2022. Fourth-quarter sales were also record-breaking, up 4.4% from a year earlier to $1.96 billion, Skechers announced.
