The buy was first revealed last week at the Los Angeles Auto Show during a presentation by Bob Broderdorf, head of Jeep in North America, who told attendees that the brand has bolstered its marketing efforts, according to the Stellantis spokesperson, who declined to say if any other Stellantis brands will be in the game.
Stellantis last appeared in the Super Bowl in 2023 when it ran ads for Jeep and Ram. Jeep was also in the 2021 game when it ran a spot featuring Bruce Springsteen.
The 2025 buy comes during a tumultuous time for the automaker, which has eliminated thousands of jobs amid lackluster sales. Stellantis this fall began a creative agency review for its Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, Alfa Romeo and Fiat brands.
Jeep is the first automaker to confirm a 2025 Super Bowl ad.
