American Heart Association Scream Booth
Peace doesn't always need to include quiet.
Description
We've all experienced the feeling of being so stressed you could just scream. And holding onto stress can be bad for your health – so the American Heart Association wanted to come up with a unique way to help people let it out while promoting stress awareness.
So we created the Scream Booth. With science on our side, we were able to identify some of the most important parts of stress relief – identifying your stressors, breathing deeply, and letting the stress go. To build those techniques into the experience, we created a digital voice activated assistant to guide the user through each step to get ready for the main event – screaming your stress out.
